Save Hurst Green Car Park
This is the only public car park in Hurst Green and without free access to it the amount of kerbside parking will increase, although it’s nigh on impossible to find a space anyway, Hurst Green sometimes has a wall of cars along Station Rd.
Ring Go, the Council's favoured meter company, is expensive, tricky to use and only takes payment over the phone or an app. This will cause confusion to users and impact on village hall use. The Council says it will bring in an income of £6000 a year, but surely it's possible to make economies without impacting an entire village in this way.
