We held a CPF meeting on Friday 28th October 2016 at the White Hart Pub, Netherfield. The topic for discussion was Energy and Climate Change, with specific mention of Hinckley Point and recent deliberations and decisions by the PM.
The subject was introduced by Julia Desch who was very knowledgeable about renewable energy. She gave an excellent account of where the UK stood in relation to development of renewable methods of energy conservation and production.
13 people attended , including our MP Huw Merriman, and everyone enjoyed the occasion and the discussion.
