The BBCA AGM was held at Staplecross Village Hall last night.

Over 70 members attended. The Meeting was chaired by our President Gaynor Gough. The Chairman's report made by Pam Doodes was well received. It was good to hear that the Officer team is working well together, our tireless Treasurer has our finances well under control and that membership is rising.  In addition to the normal proceedings Members were addressed by our Member of Parliament Huw Merriman and also Carl Maynard Leader of Rother District Council who spoke about possible boundary changes for County and District Council wards.

The meeting was followed by a splendid sandwich supper provided by the local Ewhurst, Sedlescombe, Staplecross and Robertsbridge Branch and the raffle was run by  Catsfield, Crowhurst, Telham Ashburnham and Penhurst Branch.
