Local MP, Greg Barker, joined Parish Council Chairman, Geoffery Goodsell and local residents for “Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning” in Bodiam last Friday.

Speaking in Bodiam, Greg said “I was very pleased to have this opportunity to visit Bodiam and chat to local residents over a cup of coffee whilst supporting this very worthwhile charity.  Macmillan does so much to help individuals and their families who have been affected by cancer and I am impressed by just how many coffee mornings are taking place across the Bexhill and Battle Constituency this year.

I am looking forward meeting more local residents when I visit Northiam in a few weeks time to hold an open surgery at the Village Hall.”
