Ewhurst, Sedlescombe and Staplecross held their Winter Lunch on Friday 4th April at the Brickwall Hotel Sedlescome.
The Guest Speaker was our own Greg Barker, Minister of State for Climate Change. Greg entertained over 40 guests with a great opening story before concentrating on the current political climate and emphasising the amount of debt we are all subjected to as a result of the previous Governments actions and what the current Government has to tackle. The was some keen discussion on environmental topics which had to be curtailed due to time constraints.
A good meal seemed to be enjoyed by all.
