On Friday 14th October Battle and Crowhurst and Catsfield Branches held a joint lunch on the exact anniversary of the Battle in the new Cloisters Suite at Powder Mills Hotel.
It was a complete sell out with 90 people attending, sadly we were not able to accomodate everyone who wanted to attend.
The sun shone, the venue was lovelly and the food excellent.
The lunch was jointly chaired by Dennis Campbell and David Foster and the Guest of Honour was Greg Barker.
"Judging by the level of chat it would seem that everyone had a very good time and there are already requests for a similar event next year"
